钚—239是高能α辐射体,半衰期为2.44×10~4年,比活度6.147×10~(-2)Ci/g。进入机体后可长期持续地对机体产生损伤效应。有关内照射对淋巴细胞超微结构影响的资料甚少。本文目的是观察注入硝酸钚后大鼠胸腺淋巴细胞超微结构的改变及其损伤与修复规律。材料和方法:实验用Wistar雄性大鼠,体重220—250g。将硝酸钚溶液(PH2)经腹腔一次注入到大鼠体内(剂量为5μCi/kg体重,每组3只,共24只)。对照组(每组2只,共16只)注入等量硝酸溶液(PH2)。分别于注后3、7、10、20天和1、2、3、6个月,在乙醚麻醉下取1mm~3小块胸腺组织,用3.1%戊二醛和1%锇酸作前
钚-239 is a high-energy alpha radiator with a half-life of 2.44 × 10~4 years and specific activity of 6.147 × 10~(-2)Ci/g. After entering the body, it can produce long-term sustained damage to the body. Little information is available on the effect of internal irradiation on the ultrastructure of lymphocytes. The purpose of this article is to observe the ultrastructural changes of lymphocytes in rat thymus gland after infusion of lanthanum nitrate and its damage and repair patterns. Materials and Methods: Male Wistar rats were used in the experiment, weighing 220-250 g. The guanidine nitrate solution (PH2) was injected intraperitoneally into the rats once (at a dose of 5 μCi/kg body weight, 3 per group, 24 animals in total). The control group (2 per group, 16 in total) was injected with an equal amount of nitric acid solution (PH2). At 3, 7, 10, 20 days and 1, 2, 3, and 6 months after injection, 1 mm to 3 small pieces of thymus tissue were taken under ether anesthesia, with 3.1% glutaraldehyde and 1% citric acid as pretreatment.
