我院过去筛药劳动强度大,效率低,粉尘污染也较严重,筛出药粉质地也差。结合我院加工量小,场地窄的情况,设计出了一个长1m、宽0.5m、高0.5m的电动筛药箱。该机利用偏心轮使连杆产生往复运动的原理,带动筛箱筛选药粉。但开始由于转速快,振动太大,筛选效果差。为此,调整转速,并在筛箱两侧按装了滑轮,使转速降低,筛箱往复均衡振动约每分钟40~50次,达到了满意效果。由于各种中药制剂在配制中需要药粉颗粒大小不一,又使我们联想到筛底改为活动的可以根据制剂需要,随时更换筛子的型号。于是,将不同型号的筛子制成方型,恰好镶嵌到筛箱内,并可按需要更换型号。这样先后改动了十多
In the past, our hospital had high labor intensity, low efficiency, and serious dust pollution. Screening of powdered medicine powder was also poor.
