【活动理念】许多教育家认为,21世纪教育的主题是:“让青少年学会沟通,学会合作,学会共同生活。”当今社会的竞争日益激烈,要成功地办成一件事,离开他人的合作,任何人都无法实现,因此“合作与沟通能力”已经被人们列为必备能力之一。本辅导活动以高中生为对象,为学生创设平台,帮助学生通过亲身体验,去审视个体与团体的关系,去体会沟通合作对个人成长的重大意义。
