为适应社会经济的发展,1990年2月成立的德清县武康镇成人文化技术学校,凭着独特的优越地理条件,几年来,学校规模不断扩大,办学实力不断增强,办学效益不断提高,教学质量不断上升,办出了声誉,办出了特色,出现了“白天学生满堂,晚上灯火辉煌”的可喜局面,1996年被授予省级乡镇示范性成校。近两年来,我们在如何办好示范性成校,使之成为具有一定水平的窗口学校上作了大量的实践与探索。我们感到要办好一所示范性成校,应从以下几个方面去努力。一、加强学校的硬件建设“要引
