As we all know, LHRH can stimulate the anterior pituitary LH and FSH release, LH and FSH in turn control ovarian and testicular function. Some experiments show that the immune neutralization against LHRH caused by active immunization can inhibit ovarian function in rats, sheep and marmosets. And can inhibit male reproductive function. The authors studied the effect of LHRH on immunization of macaque monkeys on their menstrual cycles, ovarian steroid hormones, and positive feedback. Experimental animals weighing 8 ~ 11kg, normal menstrual cycle (29.3 ± 8 days) 8 healthy macaques.
