本文介绍用真空蒸发制备红磷薄靶的一种方法,其特点是当蒸发磷时上面装一个红热钨板阻止黄磷的生成。1.引言在核物理实验中,常常需要各种薄靶。这种薄靶(如碳、钾、钙、铝、银、金等靶)通常用直接真空蒸发法制备。然而,对于磷,此法会生成黄磷,放在空气中会引起自燃。因此,此法不能直接用来制备红磷靶。
In this paper, a method for preparing red phosphorus thin target by vacuum evaporation is introduced. The method is characterized in that when a phosphorus is evaporated, a red hot tungsten plate is installed to prevent the formation of yellow phosphorus. 1. Introduction In nuclear physics experiments, a variety of thin targets are often required. Such thin targets (such as carbon, potassium, calcium, aluminum, silver, gold and other targets) are usually prepared by direct vacuum evaporation. However, for phosphorus, this method produces yellow phosphorus, which can cause spontaneous combustion in the air. Therefore, this method can not be directly used to prepare red phosphorus target.
