目前,在橡胶工业中、小型工厂中绝大部分还没有应用自动称料和送料设备。所有的组份都是用手工称料和向混炼机中加料。这样,一方面对于从事这项工作的人员来讲总是有许多困难。另一方面应用全自动化的称料和送料设备投资费用高。此外,在大多数工厂中由于需用各种不同胶料的数量大,所以仓库中经常贮存的生产用料不仅品种多,而且是数量小,这样也会造成浪费。由于同样的原因一个中心送料设备要经常分开使用。并且还必须根据每种胶料的变化进行调整和清洗。
