网签新建商品住宅价格缺失数据伴随网签数据在房价指数编制中的应用而产生。缺失数据评估的科学性、合理性和有效性,直接影响到房价指数的准确性。本课题结合上海实际,借鉴兄弟城市网签新建商品住宅价格缺失数据评估方法有益经验,研究提出六种评估方法,并以2013年7月-2014年6月相关资料为依据,对缺失数据评估方法展开了实证研究。通过比较各种方法之间的优劣,探寻出目前条件下的最佳评估方案。
