对由ABS树脂(即PNA-聚芮烯腈,PB-聚丁二烯和PS-聚苯乙烯的共聚树脂)组分的不同组合共混而成的材料PAN/PS、PAN/PB、PS/PB和PAN/PB/PS进行了静摩擦系数μ_s、动摩擦系数μ_k和摩损率V_s的滑动试验研究。试验表明,当PB共混含量为10~20%时,μ_k和V_s有较大的降低,润滑性能大大改善。 另外,对于与PB或PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)共混的POM(聚甲醛)或PA(聚酰胺、尼龙6)来说,当PB含量为5~20%时,μ_k和V_s大大降低,且PB含量5%时共混材料的μ_k值始终低于为人熟知的PTFE共混材料。试验发现,通过与PB共混极大地改善了极限PV值,达到了与PTFE共混的同样水平。
