摘要：课堂参与是创建有效学习环境的重要因素之一，也是衡量学生学习绩效的一个重要指标。翻转课堂是一种创新的教学方法，侧重于以学习者为中心的教学，通过信息技术和教学方法的有效结合，提高学生参与课堂的积极性。本研究采用准实验的方法分析翻转课堂模式在大学英语教学中的应用，旨在确定翻转课堂模式对学生课堂参与英语教学的影响，以及课堂参与度和学习成绩之间的关系。

The Effect of Flipped Classroom Mode on Student Engagement in College English Classroom
Abstract： Asone of the important factors to create an effective learning environment， Classroom engagement is considered as an indicator of student academic achievement. Flipped classroom mode， an innovative teaching approach， is the combination of information technology and teaching methods. It focuses on learnercentered teaching process and aims to improve the students enthusiasm to participate in the classroom activities. This study applied the quasiexperimental methods to examine the implement of flipped classroom mode in college English teaching， aiming to investigate the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode on students’ engagement in learning process and student achievement.

“互聯网 ”时代信息技术发展迅猛，传统的英语教学方法已经不足以满足不同的学习需求。大学英语改革的新趋势旨在以网络技术为支撑，构建以学生为中心的教学模式，鼓励学生积极参与课堂教学活动，在有意义的互动环境中提高学生对英语的综合运用能力，拓展语言知识面，培养学生的思辨能力和自主学习能力。
