本文在小学“人才培养模式”变革的背景下,研究小学英语教师的职前培训有效模式,提出构建“校校合作、依托课程、集中提高”的职前培训模式,以期提高职前培训的效果,缩短与岗位需求间的差距,提升英语师范生的职业能力。
This paper studies the effective mode of pre-service training of primary English teachers in the background of primary school “talent training mode ” transformation and puts forward the pre-service training mode of “building school cooperation, relying on curriculum and focusing on improvement” The effect of pre-training will be to shorten the gap between post requirements and enhance the professional ability of English majors.
