对传统的定量铁谱的数据处理方法进行了分析和讨论,针对现有技术过份依赖分析人员的弱点,提出了对铁谱定量参数进行过程质量控制的t检验的方法,介绍了该方法在现场AM-500采煤机液压系统监测中的应用情况,并对结果进行了分析.
The traditional data processing methods of quantitative ferrography are analyzed and discussed. In view of the fact that the prior art is overly dependent on the weaknesses of analysts, a method of t-test for quality control of ferrographic quantitative parameters is proposed. On-site AM-500 shearer hydraulic system monitoring applications, and the results were analyzed.
