电化学控制浮选是近年来硫化矿浮选技术的重大进展.其主要内容是以电化学原理揭示浮选过程的本质,确立流程中各作业点药剂用量与电化学参数的函数关系;在浮选过程中,在线连续测量pH,电位等各种电化学参数;依据所确立的数学模型调整药剂用量,优化药剂制度,以提高选矿指标.在电化学控制浮选的实验室研究和浮选工业过程中,需要用离子选择电极进行测量.国内外对离子选择电极的研究和生产都很重视,美国已商品化的离子选择电极品种齐全,质量稳定,响应时间、重复性和使用寿命等均给出详细性能指标.遗憾的是价格高,每支300-600美元.本文编译了以下资料,简介美国已商品化的离子选择电极,可供研制或选用离子选择电极时参考.
Electrochemical flotation control in recent years, a major progress in sulfide ore flotation technology.
