目前,从我台使用的国产大型电子管的质量来看,FU—113管的质量已趋于稳定,一般使用寿命不低于四千小时,而其它型号的大型电子管如FC—10F、620、252等质量就显得很不稳定,一般使用寿命只有几万小时,甚至更短,很不利于安全优质播出。鉴此,我台本着少投资、见效大的原则,提出了发射机半固化改造方案。即10KW电视、调频发射机均只保留末级FU—113电子管,其它各级功放将用固态功放取代之。目前,我台已完成了调频10KW发射机半固化改造,电视10KW发射机半固化改造也正在进行中。
