在机体的衰老过程中,肝脏也产生一系列退行性改变。以往的研究工作对肝脏老化过程的功能性变化研究较多,而对组织化学方面的研究较少。本实验从脏器细胞水平观察老龄大鼠肝脏的组织化学成分的变化。
During the body’s aging process, the liver also produces a series of degenerative changes. Previous studies have focused on the functional changes of the liver aging process and few studies on histochemistry. In this experiment, changes in the histochemical composition of the aged rat liver were observed from the level of the organ.
