黄芪的药材鉴别是以条粗壮、长直无杈、皮光皱纹少、质坚而绵、不易折断、断面色黄白、粉性足、味甜者,即“鞭杆”芪为佳。而因生态环境等因素的影响,致使根系发生变异,形成主根短、分歧多的“鸡爪”芪,从经验鉴别上认为其不及“鞭杆”芪。究竟这二种根型的黄芪内在质量有何差异,我们以黄芪多糖①和无机元素的测定为指标,进行比较。本文将报导野生黄芪(Astragalus mongoliucs Bge)中无机元素的测
