目的:研究MCI-154对失血性休克大鼠心肌结构和超微结构的影响,方法:利用大鼠失血性休克模型,设立MCI-154治疗组和生理盐水对照组,观察大鼠心肌结构和超微结构的改变。结果:对照组大民心肌出现局灶性心肌纤维深解破坏,肌装同有不同程度的肿胀扩张,线粒体出现基质密度加深,冷模糊,线粒体数量有所减少;治疗组见有少部分线粒体出现基质密度增高,部分显示嵴模糊或消失,线粒体数士来见减少,肌小节结构清晰,偶见肌浆网轻度扩张。结论:MCI-154可以减轻失血性休克大景心肌结构和超微结构的损害,对失血性休克大鼠心肌细胞具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of MCI-154 on the structure and ultrastructure of myocardium in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods: The hemorrhagic shock model of rats was used to establish MCI-154 treatment group and normal saline control group. Microstructure changes. Results: Myocardium in control group showed focal myocardial fibrosis, which was accompanied by swelling and expansion in different degrees. The density of mitochondria was deepened, the number of mitochondria was diminished, and some mitochondria were found in treatment group Matrix density increased, part of the cristae blurred or disappear, mitochondrial to see the reduction, the structure of the sarcomere clear, and occasionally mild sarcoplasmic reticulum expansion. Conclusion: MCI-154 can alleviate the damage of myocardial structure and ultrastructure in the hemorrhagic shock and the protective effect on the myocardial cells of hemorrhagic shock rats.
