在混凝土工程施工中,柱子钢筋位移现象十分普遍,成为一项常见的质量通病。我们采用U形工具式卡具固定柱子钢筋位置,杜绝了此质量通病,具有施工操作简单、通用性强、可周转使用、工效高等显著优点。我们采用的方法是:用φ12以上的钢筋焊成一个U形卡具,如图1所示,将它装设在混凝土浇筑平面上方约100mm处
In the concrete construction, the column rebar displacement phenomenon is very common and has become a common quality problem. We use the U-shaped tool fixture to fix the position of the column reinforcement, which eliminates this quality problem. It has the advantages of simple construction operation, strong versatility, turnaround use, and high work efficiency. The method we used was to weld a U-shaped fixture with φ12 or more, as shown in Figure 1, and install it about 100mm above the concrete placement plane.
