现代医院的发展必须以职工队伍作为基础,职工素质的高低将直接影响到医院整体水平,影响到医院未来的发展。在当前医改新形势下,医院如何弥补传统经营管理中存在的不足,让职工能够在工作中展现出更加积极的工作状态,使得医院工会组织具备较高的吸引力和凝聚力成为当前研究的重点所在。在本文中首先分析了当前医院工会组织表现出来的一些特点和问题,然后在此基础上展开对如何增强工会组织的吸引力和凝聚力的探讨。
The development of modern hospitals must be based on the workforce. The quality of staff and workers will directly affect the overall level of the hospital and affect the future development of the hospital. Under the current situation of medical reform, how to make up for the shortcomings in the traditional management of the hospital so that workers can demonstrate a more positive working condition in their work, making the hospital association with higher attractiveness and cohesion become the focus of current research . In this paper, we firstly analyze some characteristics and problems of the current hospital union organizations, and then discuss how to enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of the labor union organizations.
