目的应用彩色多普勒超声技术观察胎儿动脉导管(DA)异常的声像图特征。方法回顾性分析5例经尸检证实DA异常且伴发心脏结构畸形的超声心动图表现。结果尸检证实的5例DA异常伴发心脏结构畸形胎儿中,2例DA缺如,2例DA逆行灌注,1例DA内径明显增宽。结论胎儿超声心动图检出胎儿DA异常,对帮助诊断胎儿先天性心脏病具有重要价值。
Objective To observe the abnormal features of fetal artery catheter (DA) by color Doppler ultrasonography. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the echocardiographic findings of 5 cases of abnormal DA accompanied by cardiac structural abnormalities confirmed by autopsy. Results In autopsy-confirmed 5 cases of DA abnormal heart malformations, 2 cases of DA were absent, 2 cases of DA retrograde perfusion and 1 case of DA were significantly enlarged. Conclusion Fetal echocardiography detected fetal DA abnormalities, to help diagnose fetal congenital heart disease has an important value.
