Objective To investigate the microvascular damage and its contrast echocardiography after testicular ischemia / reperfusion injury. Methods Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into control group (S group) and reperfusion group (R group, including R1, R2, R3 and R4 groups). Contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to observe and analyze the changes of the patterns and parameters in each group. After operation, the contents of vWF, NO and ET-1 in the plasma were detected in the laboratory, and the pathological changes were observed. Results Compared with S group, the peak value of time-intensity curve in R group increased and progressed forward. With the prolongation of perfusion, PI, Slope and Area first increased then decreased, TP decreased first and then increased, while MTT and DT / 2 increased . The plasma levels of vWF, NO and ET-1 in R group increased with prolonged perfusion time. With the prolonged reperfusion time, R group testicular microvascular pathological injury gradually increased. Conclusions Testicular microvascular injury aggravates with prolonged perfusion time. Contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) is an effective method to evaluate microvascular injury after testicular ischemia reperfusion.
