目的研究小鼠冠状动脉前降支结扎后不同时间冠状动脉血流的变化。方法 7只8~12周龄雄性C57BL/6小鼠行前降支结扎术,同龄同数量伪手术组。术后2、6h用小动物专用超声检查并测量左冠状动脉主干的血流动力学参数,包括舒张早期血流速度(Vd)、平均速度(Vmean)和速度时间积分(VTI)。结果前降支结扎术后2、6h,伪手术组与结扎组间的Vd、Vmean和VTI均有统计学差异(均P<0.05),但结扎组2、6h的上述参数均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。结论小动物专用超声能够方便、快捷、安全地评价小鼠心肌梗死后冠脉血流动力学的变化。
Objective To study the changes of coronary blood flow at different time points after ligation of anterior descending coronary artery in mice. Methods Seven male C57BL / 6 mice aged 8-12 weeks underwent anterior descending (LAD) ligation, the same age as the number of sham operation groups. At 2,6 h postoperatively, hemodynamic parameters of the left coronary artery including the early diastolic flow velocity (Vd), the mean velocity (Vmean), and the velocity-time integral (VTI) were examined with small animal specific ultrasound. Results There was a significant difference of Vd, Vmean and VTI between sham operation group and ligation group at 2h after anterior descending coronary artery ligation (all P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (All P> 0.05). Conclusion The animal-specific ultrasound can evaluate the changes of coronary hemodynamics in mice after myocardial infarction easily, quickly and safely.
