挫折,是孩子成长中的必经之路,作为孩子的启蒙老师,应该为孩子的成长打好基础,使他们在自己的引导下树立起正确的世界观与人生观,为他们走向真正的成功作好铺垫。从四个方面阐述了怎样在幼儿教学中渗透挫折教育:引导幼儿正确地认识挫折;运用榜样的力量对幼儿渗透挫折教育;运用游戏活动对幼儿渗透挫折教育;运用家庭、社会的力量对幼儿渗透挫折教育。
