高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,院校中有着丰富的人力资源。受到传统教育思想以及人力资源管理的影响,导致我国高职院校的人力资源没有得到充分的开发。高职院校的人力资源管理和开发问题成为人们关注的重点问题,本文就高职院校人力资源的管理和开发现状进行分析,提出人力资源管理和开发的主要策略。
Higher vocational education as an important part of our higher education, colleges and universities have a wealth of human resources. Influenced by the traditional educational thought and human resource management, the human resources in higher vocational colleges in our country have not been fully developed. Human resource management and development in higher vocational colleges become the focus of attention. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resource management and development in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the main strategies of human resource management and development.
