生物化学是利用化学的理论和方法研究生物的一门科学。它不仅研究生物的物质组成、结构、性质、作用和变化(物质代谢),还要研究能量变化(能量代谢),乃至信息变化。旨在探索生长、发育、遗传、学习、记忆与思维等复杂生命现象的本质,以期改造自然、改善自己、增强生命力、造福于子孙万代。因此,新时期生物化学在学生能力培养方面应该向着专业化、深入化、创新化的方向发展,必须提高他们的实际探究能力。只有这样才能满足社会和企业对人才的需求,才能在自己的人生之路上实现理想。以生物化学专业教学为例,浅谈如何在教学过程中培养学生的探究能力。
Biochemistry is a science that uses biology’s theories and methods to study biology. It not only examines the biological material composition, structure, nature, role and change (material metabolism), but also study the energy changes (energy metabolism), and even information changes. The purpose is to explore the essence of complex life phenomena such as growth, development, genetics, learning, memory and thinking so as to transform nature, improve ourselves and enhance vitality for the benefit of generations to come. Therefore, in the new period, biochemistry should develop in the direction of specialization, deepening and innovation in the cultivation of students’capacity and must improve their actual inquiry ability. The only way to meet the social and business needs of talent in order to achieve their own ideal of life. Taking biochemistry teaching as an example, how to cultivate students’ exploring ability in teaching process?
