检测孕妇妊娠各期外周血492份及相应新生儿脐血79份弓形虫(Tox)IgM抗体,有异常妊娠史孕妇外周血60份及其流产物ToxDNA。结果孕妇ToxIgM抗体阳性率为10.5%,新生儿脐血阳性率为12.6%。孕妇ToxDNA阳性率为13.3%,其流产物DNA阳性率为5%。感染组孕妇发生死胎、畸形率及新生儿先天感染率明显高于非感染组,相对危险度分别为15.9,15.9,8.49,P<0.05,有异常生育史孕妇ToxDNA阳性率与正常人工流产孕妇有显著差异,P<0.05,实验提示孕妇弓形虫感染与异常生育密切相关。
A total of 492 peripheral blood samples from pregnant women and 79 neonatal cord blood samples were tested for Tox IgM antibodies. ToxDNA was detected in 60 pregnant women with abnormal pregnancy history. Results The positive rate of ToxIgM antibody in pregnant women was 10.5%, and the positive rate of neonatal cord blood was 12.6%. Pregnant women ToxDNA positive rate was 13.3%, its flow-product DNA positive rate of 5%. The stillbirth, deformity rate and neonatal congenital infection rate of pregnant women in infection group were significantly higher than those in non-infected group, the relative risk were 15.9, 15.9 and 8.49, respectively, P <0.05. ToxDNA Positive rate and normal abortion pregnant women were significantly different, P <0.05, experiments suggest that pregnant women with Toxoplasma infection is closely related to abnormal birth.
