随机抽取子宫肌瘤患者32例，子宫癌患者28例按不同年龄分组，检测血清中IL－2，α-IFN，TNF细胞因子动态变化，在子宫肌瘤患者血清中IL－2，TNF含量随增龄呈现不同程度的降低，而α－IFN水平有升高趋势．子宫癌患者血清中IL－2和α-IFN水平下降伴随TNF含量的增高，子宫肌瘤与子宫癌相关性分析呈负相关．
Thirty-two cases of uterine fibroids were randomly selected and 28 cases of uterine cancer were divided into groups according to different ages. The levels of IL-2, TNF-α and TNF in sera of patients with uterine myoma were detected with Age showed varying degrees of decline, while the level of α-IFN increased. The serum levels of IL-2 and α-IFN in patients with uterine cancer decreased with the increase of the content of TNF, while the correlation between uterine fibroids and uterine cancer was negatively correlated.
