我院自1980年8月～1994年12月,共收治残角子宫妊娠11例,术前确诊2例,疑诊3例,误诊6例,全部行手术治疗,现分析报导如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 11例患者年龄20～29岁。初次妊娠2例,其余均为经产。妊娠8～12周4例,14～24周5例,28～36周2例。其中急性腹痛及出血性休克3例。2例误诊为异位妊娠,另1例误诊为子宫破裂。人工流产时无胚胎组织刮出4例,停经后下腹部隐痛2例,下腹部包块1例。孕足月,胎死宫内
