为观察0．3％洛美沙星满耳液治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的疗效，进行以口服利南沙为基础治疗的双盲对照试，验，对照组为0．3％氧氟沙星滴耳液。结果表明0．3％洛美沙星滴耳液有效率为89．5％，对照组为85．7％。细菌清除车试验组为88．4％，对照组为84．5％。二组间无显著差异（P＞0．05）。二组治疗中均无明显不良反应。证明洛美沙星滴耳液对慢性化脓性中耳炎有良好的治疗效果。
In order to observe the curative effect of 0.3% lomefloxacin full ear solution in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media, a double-blind control trial was conducted on the basis of oral lenalixol. The control group was 0.3% ofloxacin ear drops . The results showed that 0.3% lomefloxacin ear drops effective rate was 89.5%, control group was 85.7%. Bacteria removal vehicle test group was 88.4%, control group was 84.5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). No significant adverse reactions in the two groups of treatment. Prove lomefloxacin ear drops on chronic suppurative otitis media have a good therapeutic effect.
