随着市场经济的不断深化改革,国家和社会对于国有企业的期望和要求越来越高,国有企业是一个高知识、高技术的单位集合,在社会主义经济建设中发挥重要的作用。国企建设要注重女工的力量,国企女工在企业的改革发展和生产服务方面,发挥着巨大的作用,且承受着家庭事业和社会舆论多重压力。本文就如何做好国有企业女工工作进行了探讨。
With the continuous deepening of market economy reform, the state and society expect and demand more and more from state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises are a collection of high-knowledge and high-tech units that play an important role in the socialist economic construction. State-owned enterprises should pay attention to the strength of women workers. State-owned women workers play a huge role in the reform and development of enterprises and production services. They are subject to multiple pressures from family businesses and public opinions. This article discusses how to do the work of women workers in state-owned enterprises.
