目的了解金湖县医疗机构消毒质量情况,为医疗机构控制医院感染提供依据。方法对医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、工作人员手、使用中消毒剂与灭菌剂、无菌物品、紫外线辐照强度、医院污水等进行检测。结果4年共采样2204份,平均总合格率为91.47%,其中室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品、紫外线灭菌灯、医院污水合格率依次为81.49%、96.54%、94.15%、100.00%、100.00%、85.32%、72.22%;县级、镇级、村级、个体诊所合格率依次为94.59%、89.36%、84.62%、91.18%。结论金湖县医疗机构消毒总体质量较好,但要加强镇、村级医疗机构消毒质量管理,尤其是室内空气和医院污水的消毒质量亟待提高。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jinhu County and provide the basis for medical institutions to control hospital infection. Methods The indoor air of the medical institution, the surface of the object, the staff’s hand, the disinfectant and sterilizing agent, sterilized articles, the intensity of ultraviolet radiation and the hospital sewage were tested. Results A total of 2204 samples were collected in 4 years, with an average total passing rate of 91.47%. The passing rates of indoor air, object surface, hands of medical staff, disinfectant in use, sterilized medical supplies, ultraviolet light sterilization and hospital sewage were 81.49% , 96.54%, 94.15%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 85.32% and 72.22% respectively. The passing rates of county, township, village and individual clinics were 94.59%, 89.36%, 84.62% and 91.18% respectively. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Jinhu County is good, but disinfection quality management of medical institutions in towns and villages should be strengthened. In particular, the disinfection quality of indoor air and hospital sewage should be improved urgently.
