目的:探讨金王纯花粉的抗氧化作用。方法:选用13~16个月龄昆明种雌性小白鼠,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予蒸馏水配制的26%花粉混悬液(g/ml),对照组用蒸馏水代替,自由饮用。两组小鼠均食用AOAC饲料,喂养30d,测定小鼠部分脏器组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:花粉组小鼠肾、肝和心肌组织中MDA含量显著低于对照组;而肾、心肌组织中SOD活力和全血、肝组织中GSHPx活力明显高于对照组,差别均有显著统计学意义。结论:金王纯花粉可以提高小鼠机体的抗氧化能力,抑制脂质过氧化反应。
Objective: To investigate the anti-oxidative effect of Jinwang pure pollen. Methods: Female Kunming mice aged 13-16 months were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given 2.6% pollen suspension (g / ml) in distilled water, and the control group was replaced by distilled water. Free to drink.
