研究了三氯化镱分别和AlEt_3,AlEt_2Cl以及AlEtCl_2组成的催化体系催化烯烃齐聚反应。三氯化镱和三乙基铝组成的催化体系能齐聚和聚合乙烯,但活性较低。三氯化镱和一氯二乙基铝组成的催化体系能有效地齐聚乙烯,得到C_4-CD_8烯烃含量达到99%,且线性率高。二氯乙基铝是三种烷基铝中最有效的助催化剂,它和三氯化镱组成的体系催化乙烯齐聚的活性在80℃,Al/Yb=40的反应条件下可达3400molC_2H_4/mol Yb·h;此催化体系还能催化齐聚丙烯、丁烯-1及己烯-1。初步研究了稀土化合物的配体及不同稀土元素化合物对催化反应的影响。
The catalytic system of ytterbium trichloride with AlEt 3, AlEt 2 Cl and AlEtCl 2 respectively was used to catalyze the oligomerization of olefins. The catalytic system consisting of ytterbium trichloride and triethyl aluminum can oligomerize and polymerize ethylene, but its activity is low. The catalytic system consisting of ytterbium trichloride and diethylaluminum chloride can effectively oligomerize ethylene and obtain the C_4-CD_8 olefin content of 99% with high linearity. Dichloroethylaluminum is the most effective promoter of the three alkylaluminums. The activity of the system composed of ytterbium trichloride and ethylene catalyzed by ethylene oligomerization is up to 3400molC_2H_4 / g at 80 ℃ and Al / Yb = 40, mol Yb · h; this catalytic system can also catalyze the homogeneous oligomerization of propylene, butene-1 and hexene-1. The effects of rare earth compound ligands and different rare earth compounds on the catalytic reaction were studied preliminarily.
