目的提倡以人为本,患者医疗安全第一,打造清洁、安全医院感染控制理念。方法医院在感染预防控制硬件建设上,投入数千万元,确保内镜检查一人一镜;口腔治疗一人一钻四手操作;血液透析专室专机等;管理模式上,通过制度和文化途径相结合的方式,推动医院感染控制工作的执行力。结果医院不计成本的投入,感染控制工作执行力的提高,赢得了患者的信任度和认知度,确保了患者安全透析,实现了绿色内镜、百姓放心的承诺,打造了绿色口腔的诊疗品牌,同时也增加了患者的就诊量和医院的经济效益。结论患者医疗安全第一,清洁、安全的医院感染控制理念,是医院发展的推动力。
