在羊肉需求量大幅提高的今天,由于饲养不规范,羊个体生长缓慢,导致个体生产能力下降,胴体偏低,生产系统和育种目标落后,并且没有较好的地方遗传改良和保种方法,制约着我国肉羊业的发展。随着分子生物学的发展,使得从分子遗传学水平来研究绵羊和山羊生长发育基因成为可能。文章综述了生长素基因(GHRL)、促生长激素分泌受体(GHSR)、雌激素调节生长抑制基因(RERG)、生长激素(GH)基因、生长激素受体(GHR)、类胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、生长激素释放因子(GHRF)、生长抑素(SS)在绵羊和山羊中的研究进展,并对绵羊和山羊的生长发育基因利用进行展望,以期为以后的育种工作提供参考。
In today’s demand for mutton a substantial increase, due to the non-standard feeding, the slow growth of individual sheep, resulting in decreased individual productivity, low carcass, backward production systems and breeding goals, and no better place to genetic improvement and conservation methods, constraints The development of China’s mutton industry. With the development of molecular biology, it is possible to study the growth and development genes of sheep and goats from the molecular genetics level. This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of GHRL, GHSR, RERG, GH, GHR, IGF - like growth factor (IGF-Ⅰ), growth hormone releasing factor (GHRF) and somatostatin (SS) in sheep and goat, and the prospect of the utilization of growth and development genes in sheep and goat, with a view to future breeding work for reference.
