5月31日,住房和城乡建设部表示,根据《“十二五”建筑节能专项规划》,金融机构可对购买绿色住宅的消费者在购房贷款利率上给予适当优惠。稍早前,财政部、住房和城乡建设部联合发布《关于加快推动我国绿色建筑发展的实施意见》,确定了2012年高星级绿色建筑的财政奖励标准:二星级绿色建筑每平方米建筑面积可获得财政奖励45元,三星级绿色建筑每平方米奖励80元。此外,中央财政还将支持绿色生态城区建设,对符合条件的绿色生态城区给予资金定额补助,资金补助基准为5000万元。
