通过对我国三个历史时期政治文明建设与图书馆事业政策的比较研究,认为政治文明是影响图书馆事业发展的主要社会因素。在每一个历史时期,在社会政治文化已经建立起稳固的指导作用的环境下,如果狭隘地强调政治在图书馆工作中的指导作用,会对图书馆事业产生多种负面影响,公平、开放的政治文化则会为图书馆事业提供宽松的发展环境,有利于图书馆事业的发展。
Through the comparative study of the political civilization construction and library career policy in three historical periods in our country, we think that political civilization is the main social factor that affects the development of the library. In each historical period, under the circumstance that the social political culture has established a solid guiding role, if narrowly emphasizing the guiding role of politics in the work of the library, it will have a variety of negative effects on the cause of the library. It is fair and open Political culture will provide a relaxed environment for the development of the library and help the development of the library.
