目的:观察釉蛋白在大鼠切牙发育不同时期的表达和分布情况。方法:采用免疫荧光法观察釉蛋白在大鼠切牙发育不同时期的表达与分布。结果:在成釉器增殖期、分化早期,未见釉蛋白表达;在分化晚期,前成釉细胞有弱阳性表达;在成熟早期,成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞均阳性表达;在成熟中期,成釉细胞及其基质呈强阳性表达,而成牙本质细胞阳性表达;在成熟晚期,成釉细胞和成牙本质细胞弱阳性表达。在成釉器各期,釉蛋白在外釉细胞、星网状细胞、牙乳头细胞均呈阴性表达。结论:釉蛋白参与釉基质和牙本质基质的形成,可能与牙发育中基质形成的信息传递有关。
Objective: To observe the expression and distribution of ameloblasts in different periods of rat incisor development. Methods: Immunofluorescence method was used to observe the expression and distribution of ameloblasts in different stages of rat incisor development. Results: There was no expression of ameloblastin in the proliferating and differentiation stages of enamel ware. There was a weak positive expression of ameloblasts in the early stages of differentiation, and in the early stages of maturation, ameloblasts and odontoblasts were positive. , Ameloblasts and their stroma showed strong positive expression, and odontoblasts positive expression; in late mature, ameloblasts and odontoblasts were weakly positive expression. In all stages of enamel, ameloblasts were negatively expressed in enamel, astrocytoma and papillary cells. Conclusion: Ameloblasts participate in the formation of enamel matrix and dentin matrix, which may be related to the information transmission of matrix formation during tooth development.
