当下的英语教学中,应试教育的痕迹仍旧能够被捕影到,很多教师在教学英语时深受应试教育的影响,在教学中贯于遵循传统的教学方式,从而导致自己的教学变得僵硬化和封闭化。在这样的课堂学习下,学生的思想往往会被禁锢,从而不习惯于发表自己的看法和意见,在研究思考问题时,也不能从多角度去思考问题。这样的教学结果是教师和家长都不想看到的,那么,如何才能够改善这样的局面呢?本文从分层教学理论出发,提出笔者个人的一些看法和意见。
