患儿女,9岁,尿频、尿痛二年余入院。二年来出现尿频、尿痛,排尿费力,尿线中断,无肉眼血尿。服中草药治疗无效。否认异物嵌入尿道史,无家族史。查体:发育正常,营养稍差。腹平软,无压痛,未触及包块。双肾区无叩痛,外生殖器无异常。腹部平片见耻骨联合上缘一椭圆形5cm×3.8cm致密影,密度均匀,有分层表现,提示膀胱阳性结石。尿液呈酸性反应,尿酸盐
Children with children, 9 years old, frequent urination, dysuria more than two years admitted to hospital. Two years of frequent urination, dysuria, urination laborious, interrupted urine, no gross hematuria. Chinese herbal medicine treatment ineffective.
