在稀硫酸介质中及活化剂草酸存在下,痕量铁(Ⅲ)对结晶紫光化学褪色反应有强烈催化作用,结晶紫的光化学反应产物于-0.70V产生一灵敏的2.5次微分极谱波.研究了利用此体系测定痕量铁的影响因素,建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为2ng/mL和6~200ng/mL铁的光化学伏安分析法,并用于茶叶中铁的测定.
Trace iron (Ⅲ) strongly catalyzed the chemical fading reaction of crystal violet in diluted sulfuric acid and activated oxalic acid. The photochemical reaction product of crystal violet produced a sensitive 2.5-order differential pole at -0.70V Spectrum wave. The influencing factors for the determination of trace iron using this system were studied. A photochemical voltammetric method was developed for the determination of trace iron in tea with a detection limit of 2ng / mL and a concentration range of 6 ~ 200ng / mL.
