速滑课作为北方冬季的特色体育运动已经成为教育教学的一道独特的风景线。笔者多年从事和指导学生冰上速滑项目。通过教学实践,深刻的认识到速滑的效率高低,主要取决于教学的基本要素。即教材内容、教师教学能力与水平、学生掌握知识与技能水平、以及冰上课教学条件和辅助手段等因素。在教学实践中,教师要善于结合速滑课教学实践及特点,分析影响速滑课教学效率的因素。简而言之,影响速滑课的质量的基本要素有教学点、教学度、教学量、教学法、教学程序等。科学合理配置和发掘这些具体要素的有效作用,是提高冰上教学效率的关键和需要。因此在速滑课教学中很有必要认真分析研究。
Speed skating courses as the characteristics of the winter sport in the north has become a unique education and teaching landscape. The author for many years and guide students ice skating project. Through teaching practice, a profound understanding of the speed skating efficiency, mainly depends on the basic elements of teaching.
