睾丸肿瘤多发生于青壮年,约占男性泌尿系统恶性肿瘤的0.74～2％,为泌尿外科常见疾病之一。然而,在诊断和治疗中仍有些问题值得加深认识。现将我院收治睾丸肿瘤51例,结合文献就有关问题作如下讨论。
Testicular tumors occur in young adults, accounting for about 0.74 to 2% of male urinary system malignancies, urology is one of the common diseases. However, there are still some issues that need to be deepened in diagnosis and treatment. Now in our hospital treated 51 cases of testicular cancer, combined with the literature on the issues discussed below.
