男女各4例,7.5～11岁。均有明显镜下血尿。尿沉渣计数及形态检查及其他检查均为肾小球性无症状性血尿。无水肿、高血压表现。治前血清IgA为318.6～944.2mg％。用苯妥英钠治疗
Male and female in 4 cases, 7.5 to 11 years old. Obvious microscopic hematuria. Urinary sediment count and morphological examination and other tests are glomerular asymptomatic hematuria. No edema, high blood pressure performance. Pre-treatment serum IgA was 318.6 ~ 944.2mg%. Treated with phenytoin
