作者观察了7只施行输精管结扎术的雄性家兔的细胞免疫变化情况,发现结扎后的兔子对精子(1×10~4)刺激淋巴细胞转化率高于结扎前。一定量的精子能刺激淋巴细胞转化,多量的糖子对淋巴细胞增殖又表现出抑制作用。精子的这种对淋巴细胞既可刺激又可抑制的二重性,造成了结扎后细胞免疫反应的复杂性。作者还观察了组织相容性抗原对淋巴细胞转化的影响情况,结果:在常规的淋转试验中,组织相容性抗原不足以引起淋巴细胞转化。因此,我们认为以精子作为抗原的淋转试验可作为检测输精管结扎后细胞免疫反应的方法之一。
The authors observed the changes in cellular immunity in seven male rabbits undergoing vasectomy and found that the ligation of the rabbit after sperm (1 × 10 ~ 4) stimulated lymphocyte transformation rate was higher than before ligation. A certain amount of sperm can stimulate lymphocyte transformation, a large amount of sugar on lymphocyte proliferation and showed inhibition. This sperm stimulation of the lymphocytes can be both inhibitory and inhibitory, resulting in the complexity of cellular immune response after ligation. The authors also observed the effects of histocompatibility antigens on lymphocyte transformation. As a result, histocompatibility antigens were not sufficient to cause lymphocyte transformation in conventional leaching experiments. Therefore, we believe that the sperm as anti-lymph node test can be used as one of the ways to detect cellular immune response after vasectomy.
