氩等离子焰流是等离子喷涂常用的热源。在研制等离子喷涂枪体时,如何正确设计枪体结构尺寸;在进行喷涂工艺研究时,如何合理选择工艺参数。往往需要测定等离子焰流的特性参数,如温度、焓值、焰流速度和热效率等。一般用光谱法测量等离子焰流的温度分布,但是由于测量仪器昂贵,测量场地的环境要求严格,测量过程较为费事,因此在实际应用中,受到限制。而用沙哈公式和其它物理定律推导出来的五个方程和热效率公式,加之较为简单的测量,就可以计算出喷枪出口平面处的氩等离子焰流的平均温度T、电离度ξ、焰流速度V、密度ρ和焓值H等五个
Argon plasma flame flow is commonly used in plasma spraying heat source. In the development of plasma spraying gun body, how to correctly design the gun body size; in the spraying process research, how to choose a reasonable process parameters. Often it is necessary to determine the characteristic parameters of the plasma flame, such as temperature, enthalpy, flame velocity and thermal efficiency.
