中药复方治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效显著,为探讨该制剂的作用机理,本文采用造血祖细胞体外培养法观察了该制剂对再障病人骨髓粒系、红系造血祖细胞体外增殖的影响,结果表明:该制剂在0.01~10μg/ml浓度范围内与细胞因子(GM-CSF或EPO)协同作用能促进再障骨髓CFU—GM、CFU—E和BFU—E的集落形成,作用高峰在10μg/ml浓度,当超过10μg/ml时,集落数量增加不明显(P>0.05),单独应用该制剂时无集落形成。
Traditional Chinese medicine compound has significant clinical curative effect in treating chronic aplastic anemia. To investigate the mechanism of action of this preparation, the effect of this preparation on the proliferation of bone marrow granulocyte and erythroid hematopoietic progenitor cells in patients with aplastic anemia was observed in vitro using hematopoietic progenitor cell culture method. The results showed that the synergistic effect of the preparation with cytokines (GM-CSF or EPO) in the concentration range of 0.01-10 μg/ml can promote the colony formation of CFU-GM, CFU-E and BFU-E in aplastic anemia. When the peak concentration was 10 μg/ml, when the concentration was more than 10 μg/ml, the number of colonies did not increase significantly (P>0.05). No colony formation occurred when this preparation was used alone.
