以超声波及/或尿激酶对健康人静脉血形成的不同凝龄体外血栓行溶栓实验。结果显示,超声波具有优于尿激酶的溶栓效应(P<0.05)并可强化尿激酶的溶栓效应。超声波加用尿激酶较单纯超声波溶栓效果更佳(P<0.05)。超声波的溶栓效应与血栓凝龄有关,血栓愈陈旧,则超声波溶栓效应愈差(单纯超声波组r=-0.741,n=96;超声波加尿激酶组r=-0.802,n=96)。结论为,超声波具有肯定的溶栓效应和强化尿激酶溶栓效应,血栓形成时间愈短,超声波溶栓效果愈佳
Thrombosis of thrombus in vitro with different age-related coagulation in healthy human venous blood with ultrasound and / or urokinase.
