刘大为(中国美术家协会主席):赵曼的这些反映当代人物的小品形象刻画非常到位,把现代人那种浮躁,迷茫的情绪都传达出来了。要表现这种深层次的、微妙的情感,在人物画家来说是非常难以做到的,但我们在她的这些作品里能看到,她确实具备这种能力,写实的功底非常扎实。可以看出她正在探索一种全新的面貌,这种面貌传达出的画面气象很独特,也很有新意,这些都会给现在的人物画家们带来新的启示。
Liu Dawei (Chairman of Chinese Artists Association): These portraits of Zhao Man, who reflect contemporary figures, are very well described and convey the impetuous and confused emotions of modern people. To express this deep, subtle emotion is very difficult for the figure painter to do, but we can see from her works that she really possesses this abilities and she has a solid foundation in her realism. It can be seen that she is exploring a brand new look that is unique in her appearance and very innovative. All of these will bring new inspiration to the current figure painters.
