目的观察丹皮总甙(TGM)的抗肝炎作用。方法采用CCl4和DGalN诱导小鼠化学性肝损伤模型。结果TGM可降低CCl4和DGalN所致血清ALT、AST的升高,减轻CCl4和DGalN所致肝脏变性和坏死程度,预防给药效果优于治疗给药,其中以50mg·kg-1剂量组给药7天效果最佳。结论TGM对化学性肝损伤有一定程度的保护作用。
Objective To observe the anti-hepatitis effect of daphnidone (TGM). Methods CCl4 and DGalN induced chemical liver injury model in mice. Results TGM can reduce the CCl4 and D GalN serum ALT, AST increased, reduce CCl4 and D GalN liver degeneration and necrosis caused by the prevention of drug delivery is better than the treatment, in which 50mg Kg-1 dose group administered 7 days best. Conclusion TGM has a certain degree of protective effect on chemical liver injury.
